On the job you will handle: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker Part-time with flexible hours.
