Catering cook — Cape May County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a catering cook in Cape May County, New Jersey. The role involves plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes.
