Requirements: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges On the job you will handle: • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding ₦185,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
