Join our team: we are hiring a deboner in Roseau County, Minnesota. On the job you will handle: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
