Electrostatic spray painter — Emuoha

Vacancy available: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Emuoha, Rivers State. You will be based in a busy paint shop. Your main tasks: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns Requirements: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Six days a week, one day off.
