Urgent requirement: we are hiring a presser in Butte County, California. The job is at a textile finishing unit. On the job you will handle: • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number What we are looking for: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory Full-time, day shift.
