Join our team: we are hiring a hydraulic crane operator in Brevard County, Florida. You will work at a container port and shipping yard. On the job you will handle: • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands You should have: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes Full-time, day shift. $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
