Picker-packer — Boone County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a picker-packer in Boone County, Iowa. The role involves weigh and measure parcels for courier collection; report damaged or short-dated goods to the supervisor; pick orders from racking using a handheld scanner and pick list; segregate returns and process them back into stock; replenish pick faces from bulk storage; assemble customer orders for dispatch and stage them at the loading bay. Ideal candidate: • Previous warehouse or stores experience • Willing to work shifts, nights and weekends • Valid counterbalance/reach forklift licence (RTITB or equivalent) Performance bonus on top of base pay.
