Restaurant steward — Perry County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Perry County, Mississippi. The job is at a rooftop bar and grill. The role involves: • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left You should have: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
