Vacancy available: we are hiring a machine setter-operator in Mercer County, Kentucky. You will work at an auto-parts workshop. The role involves change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers; top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels; set up and start the machine as per the job card; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line. Requirements: • Good attention to detail and steady hands • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills 3+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $3,000 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
