Immediate opening: we are hiring a site dozer operator in Genesee County, New York. You will be based at an open-cast mine. You should have: • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain The role involves refuel the machine and record running hours; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals; push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil; spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction; maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $4,700 per month, based on your experience.
