Immediate opening: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Dickson County, Tennessee. Requirements: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade You will apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence. Full-time with occasional weekends. Pay around $3,500 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
