Now hiring: we are hiring a bread baker in Montgomery County, Iowa. You will work in a bread factory. Your main tasks: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
