Join our team: we are hiring a meat cutter in Caerphilly County Borough, Wales. The job is in a meat processing plant. You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Your main tasks: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Season and marinate meat on request • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife 6+ years on the tools preferred.
