Ideal candidate: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Good eye for colour matching and blending Day-to-day duties: • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
