Great opportunity: vertical milling machine operator (Kwara State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Pategi, Kwara State. You will be based at a fabrication and machining plant. You will set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter. What we are looking for: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Able to grind and set HSS cutters Pay around ₦80,000 per month, based on your experience.
