Insulation worker • Porter County, Indiana

Vacancy available: we are hiring an insulation worker in Porter County, Indiana. You will be based at a cold storage facility. You should have: • Willing to travel between sites • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam Day to day you will fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
