Now hiring: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Young County, Texas. Your main tasks: • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking What we are looking for: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking Rotating shifts. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
