Vacancy available: cnc setter-operator (Illinois)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Livingston County, Illinois. Day-to-day duties: • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
