Falsework carpenter wanted in Hertford County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a falsework carpenter in Hertford County, North Carolina. The job is on a bridge and flyover project. You should have: • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing Day-to-day duties: • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss Six days a week, one day off.
