Immediate opening: we are hiring a sausage maker in Ogori/Magongo, Kogi State. The role involves: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • 2+ years experience working as a butcher 4+ years on the tools preferred.
