Vacancy available: we are hiring a sausage maker in City of Saint Louis, Missouri. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. On a typical shift you will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; season and marinate meat on request; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
