You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Your main tasks: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
