CNC mill setter-operator — Reeves County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Reeves County, Texas. You will work in a CNC machining unit. Day to day you will carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery. Ideal candidate: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
