Join our team: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Hidalgo County, Texas. The role involves top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
