What we are looking for: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling On the job you will handle: • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
