The role involves: • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches Ideal candidate: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
