Vacancy available: we are hiring a cake decorator in Jefferson County, Missouri. What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate You will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
