Scaffold fitter — Columbia County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a scaffold fitter in Columbia County, Oregon. You will work at a commercial fit-out project. You should have: • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment • Able to read basic scaffold drawings • Awareness of TG20 and SG4 safe working practice Your main tasks: • Plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level • Erect debris netting, sheeting and brick guards • Fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform • Inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use • Hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope • Handle, sort and stack tubes and fittings for loading out Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. We offer $190 per day plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
