Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread baker in Humboldt County, California. The role involves shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter.
