Urgent requirement: car refinisher (Minnesota)

Now hiring: we are hiring a car refinisher in Rice County, Minnesota. The job is at a dealership paint shop. On the job you will handle: • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper You should have: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
