Great opportunity: we are hiring a fast-fit technician in Lander County, Nevada. The job is at a roadside mobile fitting unit. Requirements: • Knowledge of correct torque settings and TPMS resets • 1+ years' experience fitting and balancing tyres • A good eye for tread wear and sidewall damage Day to day you will replace faulty valves and reset TPMS sensors; handle truck and bus tyres, including split-rim assemblies; remove and refit hub caps and locking wheel nuts; balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights; keep the tyre bay tidy and dispose of scrap tyres. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
