Fusing press operator wanted in Darlington

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fusing press operator in Darlington, England. The job is in a garment export house. You should have: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment On a typical shift you will remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around £135 per day, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
