Immediate opening: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Douglas County, Wisconsin. What we are looking for: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens Day-to-day duties: • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line Full-time with occasional weekends.
