Final inspection operator — Sullivan County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a final inspection operator in Sullivan County, Indiana. You will segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing. What we are looking for: • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection Pay around $4,100 per month, based on your experience.
