Powder coating line operator — Noble County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Noble County, Indiana. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. You will cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process 6+ years on the tools preferred.
