Crane operator wanted in Hunt County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a crane operator in Hunt County, Texas. You will work in an open-cast mine. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination Day-to-day duties: • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines We offer $3,800 per month plus benefits.
