We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Humboldt County, Nevada. The job is at a cloud kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
