Safety marshal — Pine County

Now hiring: we are hiring a safety marshal in Pine County, Minnesota. The job is at a manufacturing plant. The role involves audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date; update the risk register and method statements (RAMS). Requirements: • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills 6+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
