Immediate opening: we are hiring a stone mason in Johnson County, Texas. The job is in a stone processing yard. You should have: • Own hand tools an advantage • Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy slabs On the job you will handle: • Cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades • Seal natural stone against staining with impregnating sealers • Measure up and template countertops and floor areas before cutting • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets • Polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound 3+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $31 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
