Powder spray gun operator — Graves County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Graves County, Kentucky. The job is in a busy paint shop. What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg On the job you will handle: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun 6+ years on the tools preferred.
