Sausage maker wanted in Chippewa County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a sausage maker in Chippewa County, Michigan. You will work at a halal meat counter. On a typical shift you will season and marinate meat on request; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends.
