Fusing press operator • Kootenai County, Idaho

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fusing press operator in Kootenai County, Idaho. You will work at a garment factory. On the job you will handle: • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Give each garment a final press before packing • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics Ideal candidate: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep 2+ years on the tools preferred.
