Requirements: • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes The role involves MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains. 3+ years on the tools preferred. $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
