The role involves operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely.
