Tandoor cook — Marion County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Marion County, South Carolina. Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate The role involves marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks.
