Now hiring: we are hiring a building site helper in Beaver County, Pennsylvania. The job is on a residential housing site. What we are looking for: • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times On a typical shift you will bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel; hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
