Restoration bricklayer — Van Buren County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a restoration bricklayer in Van Buren County, Tennessee. You will work on a new-build development. Requirements: • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets The role involves brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go; setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints.
