Floor screeder — Chenango County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a floor screeder in Chenango County, New York. What we are looking for: • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers Day-to-day duties: • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule Performance bonus on top of base pay.
