Refrigeration technician — Buchanan County

Join our team: we are hiring a refrigeration technician in Buchanan County, Iowa. You will be based at a food processing plant. The role involves: • Trace electrical circuits with a multimeter • Read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges • Clean condenser and evaporator coils • Service split AC units and VRF systems • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge Requirements: • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold Part-time with flexible hours.
